Urban Sprawling is designed for the international exhibition 45 Symbols. The series represents a narrative from past to present in order to help shape a sustainable future. Each of the nine subsets represents a fictional location in or around a developing city. The names of these cities are taken from some of the countries largest land development firms. The expansion for each subset is apparent though the enlarging of existing and addition of new shapes, as the need for public access, traffic flow, and residential and commercial development increase.
